1. GENERAL INFORMATION

In these terms and conditions, the terms “we” and “our” refer to THEMATIS SA, and the term “you” refers to the customer.
The term “order” is used below as a generic term for reserving a date for the immersive dining experience.

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the terms and conditions set forth on this screen and expressly agrees to accept them without reservation. These Terms of Use govern the contractual relationship between THEMATIS SA and its customer, and both parties accept them without reservation.

All prices listed are in Swiss francs. The prices stated on the order confirmation are final. In the event of a pricing error in a quote or offer, THEMATIS SA reserves the right to correct the price, while offering the customer the option to cancel the order if the new price is not acceptable.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Unless otherwise noted, immersive events may be shared with other guests. Reservations do not guarantee a private space.

Please let us know about any allergies or food intolerances when you make your reservation. Without this information in advance, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your dietary needs.

After this period, the following charges apply: First and only reminder: administrative fee of CHF 30.
. Followed by a demand for payment: additional administrative fee of CHF 100.
. You also agree that your company will be responsible for all costs related to the collection of our invoice.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Immersive Dining Experience: All cancellations, regardless of the reason, must be notified to us 10 business days (i.e., 2 weeks) before the date of the immersive dining experience at info@repasimmersif.ch.
