Just above Vevey, in the heart of the Lavaux vineyards, L'Hôtellerie de Châtonneyre becomes, for one evening, the setting for a journey through the landscapes, stories, and flavors of our region.
Lasting about 3 hours and 30 minutes, this experience awakens all your senses, with each dish telling a story.
Throughout the evening, you’ll experience five captivating segments, each representing a key era in our region’s history—from the 17th century to the present day.

How can I book the immersive dining experience?
Reservations can be made using the form available on our website.
You can choose a date that works for you, based on our availability calendar.
Can I make a reservation as an individual?
- Reservations are made in groups of 4. The event is confirmed once a minimum of 8 guests has been reached. You will then share the experience with other participants.
- The table seats up to 14 people.
Can I make a reservation for a group?
- For groups of 8 or more, you can book the event exclusively for your group and enjoy the experience all to yourselves.

What are the rates?
The price is 169.00 CHF per person, including a welcome drink, a cold appetizer, a hot appetizer, the main course, dessert, coffee or tea, and mineral water. A Swiss wine pairing is available for an additional 40.00 CHF per person.
Is the experience available in English?
Yes! Starting with Season 2, enjoy the Immersive Dining Experience in French or English, so that non-French speakers can also fully enjoy the experience.
What's changed for Season 2?
The immersive experience has been enhanced with new segments, and the experience is now also available in English—all at a very competitive price.
What are the available times?
Performances take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:00 p.m., as well as on Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
Is there a policy regarding cancellations or changes to reservations?
Please note that the deposit you have paid is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, we are happy to offer you the option to change your reservation to an alternate date at no charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
After this deadline, no changes may be made.
Is this experience suitable for all ages?
Our experience is primarily intended for adults. We recommend a minimum age of 16 to fully enjoy the experience.
Do you offer options for special diets?
Yes, we offer vegetarian options, as well as options for people with food allergies or intolerances. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

What happens if I'm late?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early. If you're late, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that this may affect your experience and that of the other participants.
